UNITY CANDLE (optional)
POST CEREMONY
- Location (inside or outside) Tent or covered area?
- Size of the venue = 2 speakers maybe needed
- Test speakers and microphone at rehearsal..
- Identify power needs (generator or battery powered speakers)
- Batteries for Microphone = fully charged
- Test microphone volume and signal with officiant
MUSIC DURING CEREMONY
- Know the music = volume level , length of tracks
- Music starts 45 mins prior to ceremony at low level
- Pre-ceremony music should be played at a low level,
- Review all music with bride and groom
- Pre-ceremony
- Procession ( parents, groomsmen,bridesmaid)
- Bridal March
- Unity Candle ceremony
- Recessional
- Post-ceremony
PROCESSIONAL
- Confirm with Photographer before starting Processional
- Have a person to cue music
- Use different songs for each group
- Parents
- Groomsmen
- Bridesmaids
- Bride
BRIDAL MARCH
- The volume level should be slighter louder
- Stop a few seconds after they approach the altar.
- Have father help the bride down the stairs
UNITY CANDLE (optional)
- A cue person may also be needed here
POST CEREMONY
- Lower music volume after bridal party/parents exit the ceremony
- Give direction to wedding guest where to go
- Play post ceremony music for 15 mins
